We give you the freedom to focus on building your business while we handle the details. Our Directors and New Homes Specialists will manage all of the specifics, allowing you as much or as little involvement with the administration side as you require. The New Homes Division works with our Builder and Developer clients to establish the community goals, concept and theme and assist our clients by analyzing home styles and floor plans that will be the most in demand in the marketplace. We will implement a comprehensive plan that includes product positioning, lifestyle marketing, traffic reports, meticulous follow up programs and transaction reporting that follows each unit sale from contract to closing. Your only decision will be which of our programs best fits your needs.
